A Collaborative, Integrative Model That Helps the Whole Person Grow and Heal
Your history, relationships, values, strengths, lived experience, and goals shape therapy, not simply the diagnosis you arrived with.
The Whole Person
We work with children, adolescents, adults and families, considering emotional health alongside relationships, physical well-being, identity, meaning, and the experiences that have shaped each person.
Skills, Not Only Talk
Therapy creates space for insight and understanding while also offering practical tools to navigate emotions, relationships, stress, and the challenges of daily life.
Connected Care
With your permission, your therapist can collaborate with psychiatry, functional medicine, and brain-based providers so that each part of your care supports the others.
Families as Partners
For children and adolescents, and whenever it supports treatment, parents, caregivers, or other family members may be included in the therapeutic process. The goal is to strengthen understanding, communication, and support beyond the therapy room.

Modalities in Detail
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Solution-focused work on the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that keep a pattern in place.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Skills for mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation and relationships; evidence-based for borderline personality disorder.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy
Acceptance and mindfulness combined with behavior change; the aim is flexibility, not the removal of difficult feelings.
EMDR
Guided bilateral stimulation while working with distressing memories; used most often for PTSD and trauma.
Mindfulness-based therapy
Meditation and breathing practice used to interrupt negative thought patterns before they take hold.
Guided imagery & music
Selected music and verbal guidance supporting an inner journey of imagery, reflection and emotional processing.
Internal Family Systems
Working with the different parts of yourself: no bad parts, only parts pushed into extreme roles.
Somatic therapy
Body-centered work with present-moment sensation, supporting the movement of emotion and energy.
Addictions counseling
Substance and behavioral addictions, including a dedicated gaming and screen-time practice.

When a Higher Level of Care Is Needed
Wholeness psychotherapy is not a substitute for emergency psychiatric care or medically supervised detoxification. If you are in crisis or need a higher level of support, we will help connect you with the appropriate resources.
What to Expect
Therapy is personal, and no two people move through it in exactly the same way. Your therapist will shape the pace, approach, and focus around your needs, goals, and lived experience.

Step 1
Finding the Right Fit
Our team considers your needs, preferences, therapeutic goals, provider expertise, and availability when helping you connect with a therapist.

Step 2
Beginning the Relationship
Early sessions create space for your therapist to hear your story, understand what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying what you hope to change or strengthen.

Step 3
An Evolving Process
The approach, frequency, and length of therapy will depend on your individual needs. You and your therapist will revisit your goals, notice what is helping, and adjust the work as it develops.
