Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Not a medication visit and not an infusion clinic: prepared sessions where a therapist stays with you throughout, and integration work afterwards where the change is actually consolidated.
Schedule an AppointmentAbout this service
The medicine opens a window. The therapy is what you do with it.
Preparation first
One session before any ketamine administration: history, intention, what the experience is like, and how we will handle it if it becomes difficult.
A therapist in the room
You are not left alone with a monitor. The same clinician who prepared you sits with you through the session.
Integration is the point
Half of the session is the medicine doing the work; the other half is processing it with a therapist.
Screened carefully
Medical and psychiatric screening comes first; we decline when the risk profile or the diagnosis makes this the wrong choice.

How a visit works
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

You begin with at least one preparation session to build trust with your therapist, set intentions, and prepare for the treatment ahead. On the day of ketamine administration, you settle into a comfortable, supportive environment with eyeshades and carefully selected music. The medicine is administered under medical supervision, with your therapist present to support you throughout the session. The effects of the medicine typically last about an hour, followed by a period of monitored recovery before you leave the clinic with a designated driver. Within the following days, you return for an integration session to reflect on your experience, explore what emerged, and connect those insights to your ongoing healing. This rhythm of preparation, ketamine administration, and integration continues throughout your individualized course of care.
