Schedule an AppointmentAbout this service
The best of conventional psychiatry, with more options for care.
Medication, interventional psychiatry, nutrition, sleep, physical health, psychotherapy, and brain-based care are considered as connected parts of your overall treatment, not separate additions after a prescription.
Conventional, plus what’s missing
Expert psychiatric diagnosis and medication management are combined with advanced treatments such as ketamine-assisted therapy, Spravato, TMS, and psychedelic-assisted therapies. Our psychiatric providers also coordinate closely with functional medicine, psychotherapy, and brain-based care.
Fewer medications, chosen carefully
Our goal is not to add more medications, but to make each decision thoughtful and intentional. We consider what has helped, what has not, potential side effects, and whether medication or non-medication approaches may be appropriate.
We look for the cause
Symptoms are considered within the broader context of your health and lived experience. Psychiatry collaborates with functional medicine and brain-based providers to explore factors such as sleep, nutrition, gut health, hormones, inflammation, stress, and patterns of brain function.
Collaborative and family-centered
Psychiatry works alongside our in-house functional medicine providers, therapists, neuroscience team, and brain-based care providers. You and your family, when appropriate, remain part of every treatment decision.

How a visit works
Integrative Psychiatry

Expert medication management with a wider view of mental health, considering brain function, nutrient support, sleep, lifestyle, and relevant laboratory findings while collaborating with other Wholeness providers when deeper evaluation is needed.
What We Consider
- Your symptoms, diagnosis, treatment history, and lived experience
- What medications have helped, what has not, and any side effects
- Nutrients that support important brain pathways
- Sleep, movement, stress, and daily routines that affect mental health
- Foundational laboratory work relevant to psychiatric care
- qEEG brain map findings and how they may inform treatment
Who this is for
- People seeking mental health care for the first time who want to explore more than medication alone
- Those currently taking psychiatric medication who want to consider additional options or whether long-term medication remains right for them
- People who continue to experience symptoms or medication side effects and want a deeper understanding of what may be contributing
- Those with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, or other conditions requiring thoughtful psychiatric management
- People who want physical health, nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, and lived experience considered alongside psychiatric care
- Anyone seeking careful support with simplifying or tapering medication when clinically appropriate
Where we may start instead
- Active crisis or acute suicidality; we help you reach urgent care first
- Primary substance-use treatment requiring detox
- Therapy without medication → Psychotherapy
- Physical symptoms as the main concern → Functional Medicine
How it works

Step 1
Intake
A 60-minute visit to understand your detailed history, current medications, lived experience, goals, and what you have already tried.

Step 2
Review and Data
We consider your history, treatment response, available records, and other relevant information. When helpful, this may include laboratory findings, functional medicine insights, or qEEG brain mapping.

Step 3
Plan
You receive a personalized psychiatric plan that may include medication, non-medication options, interventional treatments, and coordination with therapy, functional medicine, or brain-based care.

Step 4
Follow-Up
Follow-up visits are typically scheduled every four to six weeks at first, with timing adjusted to your needs. We monitor your response, address side effects, and refine the plan over time.
What it costs
What you pay depends on the plan we build with you and on your insurance coverage. Your exact fee is always confirmed before you book.
