At the heart of Dr. Rondeau’s work is a commitment to changing the mental health paradigm. She believes the future of mental health care must move beyond symptom management toward a deeper understanding of each person’s biology, brain function, lived experience, relationships, and sense of meaning. Under her leadership, Wholeness Center has developed a collaborative, team-based model that combines compassionate clinical care with objective data, advanced diagnostics, and individualized treatment.
With two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Rondeau has helped establish Wholeness Center as a leader in whole-person psychiatric care. Its comprehensive approach incorporates qEEG brain mapping, functional and nutritional assessments, neurofeedback, neuromodulation, nutritional psychiatry, botanical medicine, ketamine-assisted therapy, and emerging psychedelic services. This body-mind-brain-spirit framework is designed to identify the deeper patterns contributing to mental health concerns while helping people become active participants in their healing.
Dr. Rondeau is also a respected national lecturer, curriculum developer, and educator. She teaches physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and other mental health professionals how to thoughtfully integrate nutritional psychiatry, lifestyle medicine, botanical medicine, and holistic assessment into clinical practice. Known for her ability to bridge conventional science with traditional healing wisdom, she offers clinicians a practical framework for delivering care that is both evidence-informed and clinically relevant.
She serves as core faculty at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, where she developed the Nutritional Psychiatry CME Certification Program. She also created fellowship coursework in integrative mental health and botanical medicine in psychiatry for the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine. As a founding member of the Psychedelic Research and Training Institute, she has contributed to the advancement of responsible, interdisciplinary psychedelic education and care.
A passionate writer and advocate for a more connected approach to health, Dr. Rondeau is currently working on two books exploring the intersection of nature, neuroscience, and healing. She also leads immersive wellness retreats for professionals and patients, creating experiences that foster self-discovery, meaningful connection, personal renewal, and a deeper relationship with the natural world.
Across her clinical leadership, teaching, and writing, Dr. Rondeau’s vision is both practical and ambitious: to help create a new standard of mental health care, one that is collaborative, personalized, scientifically grounded, and centered on the wholeness of every person.
