Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) sessions provide an individual the opportunity:
- to deepen his/her connection to the imaginal real
- to tap into creativity
- to see healing images
- to enhance a relationship to music
- to evoke inner wisdom
- to heighten a sense of well-being
- to promote psychological and spiritual growth
- to explore the many levels of consciousness.
GIM is among an ever-growing number of more recently developed experiential methods of healing to help one integrate and transform. It is characterized by the use of specially sequenced classical music within a one-to one session conducted by a facilitator who is formally trained in The Bonny Method of GIM.
