Guided Imagery and Music

Guided Imagery and Music

Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) sessions provide an individual the opportunity:

  1. to deepen his/her connection to the imaginal real
  2. to tap into creativity
  3. to see healing images
  4. to enhance a relationship to music
  5. to evoke inner wisdom
  6. to heighten a sense of well-being
  7. to promote psychological and spiritual growth
  8. to explore the many levels of consciousness.

GIM is among an ever-growing number of more recently developed experiential methods of healing to help one integrate and transform. It is characterized by the use of specially sequenced classical music within a one-to one session conducted by a facilitator who is formally trained in The Bonny Method of GIM.
