    Shannon Darling PMHNP

I came into the mental health field and specifically integrative psychiatry because I recognized the gap in mental health care in overall wellbeing of patients that I worked with in the hospital. My background is in acute care nursing, the last 9 years in women and infant services. I completed a fellowship in integrative psychiatry at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute in Boulder, Colorado and completed a certification in psychedelic assisted therapy through Psychedelic Research and Training Institute (PRATI).

I am a Colorado native. I love being outdoors with my family, weightlifting, mountain biking, and all the things to do with Colorado life.

I serve all minority gender and ethnic backgrounds including transgender and non-binary populations. I specialize in working with women, children, and adolescents. I also have a passion for groups, psychedelic assisted therapy, frontline healthcare workers and first responders.

I believe in building therapeutic relationships and formulating treatment plans that look at the whole person to foster healing to meet individual’s needs.
