What if you had the opportunity to retrain your brain?  A kind, gentle retraining.  Not the usual guilt, regret, control, and frustration that many of us get caught up in when negative thought patterns rule our lives.

If you have anxiety, depression, or ADHD, neurofeedback offers a chance to help find healing.  This therapy at Wholeness Center can be very beneficial for patients who haven’t been able to find relief from symptoms through other methods.

We’ve also found that patients with anger and emotional issues (outbursts, sudden mood changes, emotion regulation problems) often get results from neurofeedback training.  In fact, we’ve been able to help many children and adolescents with this therapy.

Neurofeedback / EEG Biofeedback can also help if you are experiencing symptoms related to:

Addictions

Anxiety

Stress

Sleep Disorders

Autism

Stroke

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Mood / Emotion Regulation

Seizure Disorder

Headaches / Migraines

Anger / Outbursts

You are in control of your neurofeedback training.  It’s true!  You are training your own brain to function optimally for you based on your needs.  Whether it’s healing from a traumatic brain injury or getting out of the spirals that depression can cause, each neurofeedback session supports and leads you into training your brain.

Most patients notice improvements after only 5 sessions.  After months, years, or even decades of covering up symptoms … think of it … only 5 sessions and you may find yourself on the road to healing and gaining a quality of life that you never may have thought possible.

During your neurofeedback training, we will look at how your different brain wave patterns are distributed.  We’ll then analyze the patterns to see which of them connect to the symptoms you are interested in alleviating.  At that point, we’ll come up with a custom treatment plan and help guide you as you begin to retrain your brain with our doctor’s support.
