Dr. Craig Heacock

I believe in the power of human connection. I trained in a psychiatry residency that taught psychotherapy as the core of healing, and I continue to practice in this way. In addition to psychotherapy and med management, I do intramuscular ketamine sessions with patients to treat medication-resistant depression and bipolar disorder.

I have a special interest in the treatment of addiction and am licensed to prescribe Suboxone (buprenorphine).

Finally, I am a study physician and co-therapist in the Phase 3 trial of MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy for Severe PTSD. The Wholeness Center is one of the few places in the US doing this groundbreaking research.

I have been married for over twenty five years and am a father to three girls. My experience as a father and husband informs my work with patients.
